Meet Our Dogs
Huck is our current head honcho and regular stud. He is a big boy of 100 pounds and a very gentle soul. He has his AKC Canine Good Citizen Certificate and is in training to be a therapy dog at our local hospital.
Huck has been DNA tested by Embark and is completely clean of any genetic abnormalities and negative issues common for this breed. He has also been DNA tested by AKC as a frequent stud. Zelda is our experienced mama currently. She's an active girl who loves long walks, running really fast, and playing in the pond. She's an excellent mother and produces beautiful puppies with very unique markings. ​

She has her CHIC certification from OFA for all recommended health testing for the OES breed. Violet is a young female who will be having her first litter sometime Spring 2024. She's average size for Old English Sheepdogs with big brown eyes and a sweet disposition.

Iris is currently our youngest female who should expect her first litter sometime Summer of 2024. She has absolutely beautiful eyes and a kind heart. Iris loves to play with everyone and splash in the pond.

Rupert is actually one of our puppies who came back to us when his owners couldn't keep him. He is a stunning boy with piercing blue eyes. He loves to run around with the other youngsters and he is currently in training for scent work. He has been DNA tested through Embark and is clear for all genetic abnormalities for the OES breed. He's only been with us a short while, but he has become a big part of our farm.
Daphne is the newest addition to our family who just recently had her first birthday! She is moving quickly through her OFA and DNA testing and just concentrating on becoming a lovely young lady. She is a favorite playmate of Barney's and they love to run and play in the pond and creek! She's currently enjoying her puppyhood and learning about living on the farm. We hope to start breeding her with her soulmate, Barney in the Fall of 2025.
Lizzie is a lovely girl, who with her sister Louise, recently joined our family as an adult lady. She is the sweetest little soul you'll ever meet and has blown through her OFA and DNA testing with flying colors! She has excellent hip scores and is fully certified, bringing the best Old English Sheepdog puppies into the world. Lizzie has a quiet and calm demeanor with an elegance about her. She's absolutely stunning and has amazing puppies.
Louise is a lovely girl, who with her sister Lizzie, recently joined our family as an adult lady. She is absolutely kind and loving and is passing all of her OFA and DNA testing with flying colors! We hope to have her fully certified and bringing the best Old English Sheepdog puppies into the world by Spring of 2024. "Squeezie Louisie" (as I like to call her due to her big hugs!) is outgoing and confident with a joyful heart and young spirit. She's a fantastic addition to our family and with have amazing puppies.
Barney is our youngest on our team and has recently joined our crew. He's a sweet boy with one blue and one brown eye. We like to say he's part fish because he absolutely loves to swim in the ponds with our other water dogs! He has been DNA tested through Embark and is clear from genetic abnormalities common for the OES breed. He's still just a puppy, but someday we hope he steps up as the main man around here!
Norway is another one of our puppies who has come back to live on our farm. She is actually Rupert's sister who is 2 years old and a big strong girl with an even bigger heart! We were happy to welcome her back into the fold, but her future remains wide open with many possibilities! She would make a wonderful adult dog for adoption since she gets along with all dogs, cats, and kids! She's currently working through her OFA and DNA testing to become a mama soon someday, but we are open to possibilities for her because she is so flexible and easy-going. So for now, she keeps us laughing with her silly antics and her fondness for picking cucumbers out of the garden and carrying them around the yard.
Blue is our senior partner around the farm. He's 11 years old and was our first Old English Sheepdog and the inspiration for our breeding program. We welcomed him to our family at 8 weeks old and he was such a big help on our farm that we fell in love with the breed! Blue has raised our 4 kids, a dozen or so goats, 10 cows, and countless chickens in addition to over 100 puppies! He is well loved and greatly respected here.
